Fantástico Hotel Experience!

The location was perfect for exploring. I especially enjoyed being so close to major attractions! The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a great start to each day. The concierge service provided by Malwada was really good. I felt totally supported.
I noticed the rooms need some maintenance. Some taps were not fully functional, and the air conditioning seemed inconsistent. a limited number of toilet rolls were in the bathrooms, needing more frequent restocking.

The hotel room felt spacious and always clean. Fateh, the housekeeper, did really great work! As a solo traveller, i greatly appreciated the order and attention to detail. i felt completely at home.

i enjoyed the metro station's proximity. it was close by. the room had comfortable beds. i especially liked the rooftop and indoor pools. the breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options.
the hotel had a slight smell of sewer at times.

the gym opens late at 10:00 am, making it impossible to use early.

the indoor pool WAS good after sightseeing all day. i appreciated the several restaurants and shopping nearby. the metro was close TOO.
the external fabric was dated and TIRED. breakfast did NOT offer much fresh fruit except for a few apples. the staff seemed unhappy to be there, so the customer service was lacking OVERALL.

I was annoyed. the room i got was not what i expected. It was supposed to be a beautiful room, but it felt cramped. also, the promised city view was obstructed by another building. the gym equipment was outdated.
