The location is very convenient with easy access to public transportation. The metro station is very close to the hotel. Breakfast offered many options. I enjoyed the pool.
The room was quite small. I had limited space for luggage. The gym equipment looked old and worn.

Fantástico Hotel Experience!
central location great breakfast really good service
The location was perfect for exploring. I especially enjoyed being so close to major attractions! The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a great start to each day. The concierge service provided by Malwada was really good. I felt totally supported.
I noticed the rooms need some maintenance. Some taps were not fully functional, and the air conditioning seemed inconsistent. a limited number of toilet rolls were in the bathrooms, needing more frequent restocking.

The hotel room felt spacious and always clean. Fateh, the housekeeper, did really great work! As a solo traveller, i greatly appreciated the order and attention to detail. i felt completely at home.

i enjoyed the metro station's proximity. it was close by. the room had comfortable beds. i especially liked the rooftop and indoor pools. the breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options.
the hotel had a slight smell of sewer at times.

metro access restaurant selection responsive staff nice staff
the hotel is next to the metro. this provided easy access to many attractions. restaurants and shops surround the hotel too. the staff was very nice and responsive.
the gym opens late at 10:00 am, making it impossible to use early.

indoor pool nice restaurants shopping area dated fabric limited breakfast lacking service
the indoor pool WAS good after sightseeing all day. i appreciated the several restaurants and shopping nearby. the metro was close TOO.
the external fabric was dated and TIRED. breakfast did NOT offer much fresh fruit except for a few apples. the staff seemed unhappy to be there, so the customer service was lacking OVERALL.

cramped room obstructed view
I was annoyed. the room i got was not what i expected. It was supposed to be a beautiful room, but it felt cramped. also, the promised city view was obstructed by another building. the gym equipment was outdated. i had to wait a long time for the elevator during peak hours.
